This is a reminder that as of 11th October 2021 the issue pf Paper CT’s will be abolished, as of the same date electronic lodgement of all mainstream dealings will be mandated (this does not include WAL dealings, Old System dealings and Powers of Attorney).

Although the introduction of these changes will have a significant impact on our business you can rest assured that we will still be here to service you for any needs that may arise, we will still be in a position to perform the following duties;
LRS attendance/filing for remaining dealings (ie: WAL dealings, Old System dealings and Powers of Attorney)

Liquor Licence Searches
Assistance re: Land Titles Practice

PEXA Lodgements via Kane’s Registration Services - I can also advise that we now have the ability to lodge documents via PEXA, for those who are unable or just don’t want to, you can now send PEXA documents to Kane’s Registration Services and we will attend to your registration needs. (contact Robert for more information re costs etc).
